Belleville Coned Disc Imperial Washers
Solon® Imperial Belleville Spring Washers are designed to maintain consistent bolt preload in inch-based assemblies by compensating for joint relaxation, thermal expansion, and vibration. We maintain a stock supply of H-13 Tool Steel, 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, and Inconel 718 disc springs. As a Belleville washer manufacturer, we also produce custom imperial washers using 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, Custom 450, Waspaloy, and more upon request.
Imperial Washer Size Options
Solon Belleville Imperial Spring Washers are available in the following sizes:- Belleville springs are available as standard Imperial sizes from 7/64” to 2-1/2” ID
- Flat washers are available as standard Imperial sizes from ¼”- 2” ID
- Flange washers are available as standard Imperial sizes from 3/8”- 4”

Solon manufactures Belleville imperial washers in the following material options:- H-13 Tool Steel: High hardness and fatigue resistance, ideal for cyclic thermal environments
- 17-7 PH Stainless Steel: Excellent corrosion resistance and spring properties; cryogenically tested
