Solon Flange Washers are designed to maintain sufficient bolt tension and resultant gasket stresses in high-temperature and high-pressure applications where safety and emission containment take priority. Our flange washers have all the properties of our popular Belleville spring washers but are specifically designed for use in flange applications. Solon Flange Washers help create a more reliable flange assembly by maintaining residual gasket/bolt load and ensuring even load distribution. We maintain a stock supply of H-13 Tool Steel, 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, and Inconel 718 flange washers. As a flange washer manufacturer, we can also produce custom flange washers using 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, Custom 450, Waspaloy, and more upon request.
