Crushing Goals- Ahead of the Curve!

This spring brought an exciting milestone for our team: we reached our Core Target Goal— a major pieces-shipped achievement we set for ourselves over a five-year timeline— an incredible 18 months early!
What makes this moment so meaningful is that every associate had a hand in making it happen. From marketing and sales, to production, shipping, and beyond, this was truly a cross-team victory. Along the way, we had fun celebrating small milestones, and now we get to enjoy a summer cookout complete with cornhole, fun prizes, and great food! Hitting this goal ahead of schedule shows what's possible when we stay focused and 'Thrive Together' (one of our three Core Values, along with Think Big, and Own It). We're proud to be ahead of the curve!
