A former military professional with a passion for teamwork and smart strategy, Jay has spent the last three years helping customers grow through strong partnerships. Off the clock, you'll find him golfing, with family, or hanging out with his dogs, Izzy and Luna.
Matt Huffman, Customer Experience Manager
With a background in customer service and leadership, Matt joined our team this past summer and hit the ground running, quickly becoming a go-to resource for quotes, order support, and day-to-day communication. He's studying HR management and loves lifting weights, being outdoors, and true-crime stories.
Mike Cook, Business Development Manager
Backed by 30+ years in sales engineering and territory management, Mike helps customers solve real-world application challenges. When he’s not supporting his accounts, he volunteers with Best Buddies International, advocating for inclusion for individuals with special needs.
